As the aesthetics industry evolved, so did her leadership journey—expanding into sales, pricing strategy, physician dispensing skincare, national account management, strategic partnerships, and executive leadership.

Most recently, AlexSandra served as Vice President of Aesthetics for Platinum Dermatology Partners, helping shape strategy across more than 120 locations nationwide. Prior to that, she held senior leadership positions with Revision Skincare, where she led strategic accounts, national partnerships, pricing strategy, and business development initiatives.
